I know it barely stands on its own, but the story goes like this (since the video's been taken off YouTube),

A Russian resort called Golubitskaya, as a publicity stunt, tied a parasail to a donkey and flew it around. A lot of people are really pissed off about it, and I'm not going to defend cruelty to animals or anything, but the concept makes me giggle.

Then again, I'm the one responsible for the infamous baby punching water balloon gag.
