148 – Miscommunication
by Trunks

Today’s strip is a joke that branched from a typo turned into a shirt idea turned into a comic. That’s called cross-marketing! Okay, it isn’t called that. I made it up.

Today was not only the six-month mark for me and my girlfriend, but I also started working out the leasing agreement on my very own apartment. No more roommates!

More news when it comes up, everyone!

Also, here’s an awful LiveJournal icon. Happy 10th, LJ.

147 – Not Looking So Good (+ Bonus)
by Trunks

Here’s 147, done. Click that “latest comic” button to check ‘er out. If it looks familiar, that’s because it’s just the finished version of the previous post.

Admittedly, this took me longer than I meant to, but I was looking to play around with an idea I had. We’ve been doing all of our comics at essentially 144 DPI, which isn’t any kind of real print format, so this one’s done in full 300 DPI, which is standard print resolution. You may not be able to tell a difference, but from a post production standpoint, I certainly can.

And this’ll be the only time I plan on doing this, but you can have the full resolution version of this strip in JPG format, just click here. We’re so nice.

I’ll try to be more timely with the next one.
