147 (Preview) – Not Looking So Good
by Trunks
Goin’ to A-Kon this weekend, and with all the prep-work we’re doing for it, there’s no time to work on the comic. Which is eff’d up, no doubt. So click the very misleading image above for a full version of the next strip.
Soto also sent me the lineart for the next one, so when I get back, first I finish this one, then I start on the next one. Sound good guys?
See (some of) you this weekend.

Hey, stuff for sale.

Before I get the lecture, I am aware of how long it’s been since the last update. Pretty crazy. To be fair, this has been the most difficult semester of my life, but now that it’s over (I got A’s and B’s), I can focus on work, webcomic, and side projects.

For one, be sure to look at the archive/comic page. Some of it will be changing, but overall I’m quite happy with how much more functional (and how filled out) it is now.

You might notice that these strips are in black and white. You’re quite astute at that. For the time being, I’m going to leave all the unfinished strips… unfinished. Put away the pitchforks, I’ll get to them someday. For now, let’s just keep going with the story. I’m sure we all wanna see where it’s going.

Hopefully we’ll have a more regular schedule soon.

Here’s my final for my level design class. If you play Counter-Strike Source, get the CS:S version, and if you’re a HL2:DM kinda guy, go for the uh, HL2:DM version.

Get it and play it with me.

Oh damn that’s adorable.

I got into class this morning and saw my friend playing with a papercraft shyguy he found on a website. The adorable cube-like fellow inspired me to take up pen and make a diagram and fill it out myself.

twatsboxesIt was too cute.

If you want to make your own, you’re in luck, I’ve got printable versions. It even looks decent in black and white. Only tools required are a good pair of scissors, and if you want it to be sturdier than the ones pictured above, a little bit of superglue.

I think I might make a Soto one too.

Large Version (300 DPI)
Small Version (72 DPI)

I’m thinking about doing a contest with these, it’s been years since we’ve done one. Build them and put them in some sort of awesome scenario, and win some sort of prize, or something.
